On Saturday I went to pick up my monster quilt from Jemima's quilting.
I was very happy with the quilting and as this is for a work colleague I felt edge to edge would be perfect.
Quilted chevrons give the coverage but don't take away from applique. The photos were taken on a quite gloomy morning so don't do the fabrics justice. It has been delivered to a very happy little 4 year old boy.
There was a wonderful surprise delivered this week by the postie.
Fiona (bubz rugz) sent a little surprise to contribute to my Elf addiction. Thankyou Fiona x
I think they are very happy with their gift....

Your monster quilt looks amazing. Sometimes with quilting, simple is best and the chevrons really are perfect.
