block one complete....

After some debating about fabrics for leaves I have managed to complete my first Lucy Kemper block!
I must say I am very happy with it and it's great to use my blues.
Block 2 is underway also. Happy days!!
Here are some pics....

Blueberry ripple completed too so the three throws are ready to gift.
There are some wools left over so I need to make a scrappy project to use them all up, should be fun just need to decide what pattern to chose.
Hope you are having a great weekend.
Cheers
Marina

Good morning! Love your Lucy Kemper block, it's going to look gorgeous in the blues. Looking forward to seeing your progress. Lovely crochet too, there are some lucky recipients for those! It is fun to think of a project for the leftovers - I love pinterest for inspiration for things like that. Have a lovely day x

Nice to see your block coming together. You should feel pleased with your fabric and background choices, it looks beautiful. I might have to quiz you about the ripple blankets as I have set my mum some homework to keep her occupied!
